Carolyn came highly recommended (having sold two properties for my sister) when I faced selling the old homestead in Texas as an out-of-state resident. For example, she researched, checked the cost with me, and then arranged brush disposal and yard care. And then, she met the workers in the 107+ degree heat at Possum Kingdom Lake (more than once). Carolyn, in addition, was an excellent communicator, who was extremely responsive to inquiries and who updated me on the status of the property regularly. She anticipated many of my concerns and questions beforehand, and she readily explained answers or offered options. I elected to close on the property via FedEx, nonetheless, versus eight hours of travel. It was quick and easy. To our delight, the property sale price surpassed my family’s expectations. Finally, Carolyn’s consistently pleasant demeanor, and helpfulness beyond the norm, endear her clients to her. She truly enjoys helping people. Carolyn’s position as a real estate agent is not a job, but a calling. It was such a pleasure to work with this lady!
